With the use of QR-codes and smart phones, one can read open up a downloadable application that lets the user customise the quality and intensity of the lighting.
This allows the public to have perfect lighting to meet their needs when it comes to relaxing with a book, having some cocktails on a terrace with your friends or enjoying a romantic date in public.
